Flightradar shows still no movement.... either it has switched adbs transponder or it's still not airborne.

It is a new aircraft, only delivered ot the USAF last week after its modification to E-11A. It received it's final modifaction at MCAS Miramar since 12 July, where it departed 17 September 2013.

Correct. Airborne from Montreal 13:16Z... ETA SPL around 19:15Z!
