Dubai Air Wing's new Boeing 737
Dubai Air Wing’s latest fleet addition made a test flight from Changi (Singapore) under callsign DUB10 on 30 October 2021.
Boeing 737-8SA A6-YST (ex SilkAir 9V-MGO, construction number 44231/5877) flew for almost two hours after which she safely landed back at Changi. The airframe is just five years old, and had only been seen flying twice from Changi Airport since May 2021. The first test flight was made on 21 October 2021.
According to the Scramble Magazine civil database, the Boeing was withdrawn from use on 21 March 2020. The ever growing fleet of the Government of Dubai - Dubai Air Wing aircraft is based at Dubai International airport and counts six Boeing 737s, one model 700 and five model 800s.
