Kazakhstan - Shymkent gets Su-30SM
Recently the Qazaqstannıñ Äwe Qorğanısı Küşteri (Kazakhstan Air Force) received six more brand new Su-30SM, bort code 51 to 56 red.
The new two-seat fighter aircraft were delivered to unit 55652 to operate alongside the Su-25 at 602 Air Base, Shymkent.
As you may know, the base used to house the last fifteen MiG-29s but these were sold for scrap on 28 November 2023.
