Seems to be a brand new frame
A name used by NCA Nippon Cargo Airlines, is painted on the nose.

So, probably Not Taken Up by NCA.

OK, seems still some confusion about this frame, if it's leased or not taken up by NCA.

btw, NCA and ANA are two different companies

Recently, Nippon Cargo Airlines took a 15% ownership in Belgium based CargoB Airlines. New ownership resulted in JA09KZ being dry-leased to CargoB and re-registered as OO-CBC even before delivery by Boeing. Aircraft will carry it's name "NCA Artemis" as originaly planned for JA09KZ. OO-CBC will replace CargoB's OO-CBA.
