Fly Be 1284 just declared a mayday, seems to have hit RWY22 with its wing tip upon landing.

A/c all over the place holding at anything between 3000 ft and 15000 ft. Nice patterns on fr24, but cannot last too long. I do wonder why 27 isn't opened?
