I am not too good in civil, sorry.... Does this mean its arrival time is not known, but departure time is 15:00? And is that local or Zulu? And lastly, where can I expect this will be parked and from where would it be visible?

It landed today as a ferry from Manchester as TFL074P around 18:45 local time.
Departure time for tomorrow is local time.
