I just hear the ATI DC-8 will leave at 0600 already. Subject to confirmation, but it might be a good idea to catch it today!

That fully depends on the runway in use for takeoff.

If it goes for takeoff on 36L or 36C, it will take the 'bridge' over the highway, and in your case it might be the best to take position near that bridge as it's easy reachable by public transport (bus from airport Plaza).

Also for runway 24, you might take position at the end of the R-apron (reachable by same buses) but mind that you are facing sunlight at these hours.

Good luck!

Charles, please take a very good and long :!: look at
http://www.scramble.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17583" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (which is a thread of this forum) and click on the several links to get familiarised.

http://www.luchtverkeersleiding.nl/runway_future.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (try the dropdown menu called "Maak hier uw keuze") is good for runway use predictions
and
http://www.scramble.nl/airports/publish/eham.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; gives a good overview of the various vantage points!
The taxiway bridge you are referring to is roughly between spots 1 and 2.
Runway 24/06 is the runway mostly in use. Unfortunately the famous spot number three (now crossed out) closed about two months ago...
