I am strongly convinced I just saw a CH47 Chinook flying over the 'Amsterdamse Bos', outbound from Schiphol.
Can anyone confirm?

Confirmed, she came from the southwest, circled the tower and left eastbound...., no clue about her id though....

Zeer waarschijnlijk GRIZZLY51 (D-106) komende vanaf EHKD.

Zeer waarschijnlijk GRIZZLY51 (D-106) komende vanaf EHKD.

Not neccesarily; judging from the direction from which she arrived, she did not come from EHKD, some 40 minutes ago however, another Chinook has been noted above Zwolle which could have been on her way to EHKD as she was heading north/north-west

Nee idd hoeft helemaal niet, sterker nog is gewoon gezwam.

Feitjes: GRIZZLY51 is om 13:08LT vanaf EHKD vertrokken met in zijn vliegplan het verzoek om van west naar oost te kruisen en werd netjes overgezet naar de toren
