Is dit naar aanleiding van de Formule1 race, die is gehouden op de 22? En waarom werd dit dan niet langs de gehele start/landingsbaan gedaan?

Als ik mijn vrouw goed begrijp vinden dit soort FOD sweep acties regelmatig plaats, en daar kun je je (als je een airside pas hebt met alle toeters en bellen) vrijwillig voor opgeven.

Er worden tijdens de FOD loop ook dingen verstopt door AAS personeel, om te stimuleren dat het wel serieus gebeurt. Deze FOD loop was eigenlijk eerder dit jaar gepland, maar door de aswolk was toen tijd genoeg om in die periode alles eens goed na te lopen. Dit is volgens mij in het leven geroepen na de crash van de Concorde in Parijs. Er wordt dus gezocht naar van alles wat van (voornamelijk) van vliegtuigen is afgekomen. Uiteraard ook zwerfafval en dat soort zaken.
