With just 26 days to go, there isn’t much known about participants.

That’s usual with this airshow. Only short before they publish something

Registration for the spotter zone is now live. For non-Romanian citizens, you need to send a copy of passport to plane.spotters@cnab.ro

Appears to offer a dedicated photo zone for serious photographers but I don't know any more than that.
