Hans, the EA330 was that the one with 04 on it?? (was parked in the area with the Noratlas).
Yep, 04 was the EA330SC of the FAF
Did somebody read off the Alpha Jet behind the flightline?? It looks like serial E101 and code 314-TI??
Alpha Jet E was the E101 / 314-TT

I read one of them on Sunday as the 641, the other three were impossible (for me) to read.

And was it just me, or was this the worst AdlA show ever? Anyone complaining about the Dutch open days, please understand it can always be worse! :fist:

Have to agree .... i you think what they could have added to the static , they have one of the most diverse inventories in Europe .
Just about everybody on our mini bus was very disappointed .

Note that this was not a more regular French Meeting Nationale or Portes Ouvertes, these have a different set-up and aim.
This was a Meeting du Centenair - Mondial des Patrouilles with the aim to get a much demo teams and solo displays to Reims as possible and that is what they did.

Otger

I was partially disappointed with the show at the weekend...

The Mirage F1 made an all too brief flying appearance on Saturday and not on Sunday (that I noticed anyway), yet the Mirage 2000's could put on a bit of a tail chase display, why not do that with the based aircraft, i.e. F1's, instead?

And as for the static display, the enclosure with the F-15's, Eurofighters & Rafale had enough room to drive a truck around in yet the based aircraft and retired Mirage III had the barriers almost up to the nose wheel and they were tucked away at the back of the static display.

Now I could be a bit biased as I went to Reims mainly to see the F1's due to the fact that they were scheduled to fly at the show, yes I know they flew on Saturday, but even at that they were not on the program...

Anyone for the serial of the AS355 that was next to the R202 (near the flying club) on Sunday?

few Q's
-anyone a serial for the bare metal CM170 which was tucked in the sunshed, and flew after our departure?
-the third Mirage 2000n on the opposite side of the runway?
-the blue heli next to the AS555 VE (civil or Gendarmerie?)
