You can forget about that Mil Mi-6 I'm afraid. I seriously doubt whether any civilian Mil Mi-6s are still flying, and if I am correct the Russian military got rid of about all of their "Hooks"...
But as you can see at http://www.scramble.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=55409" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; bigger brother Mil Mi-26 "Halo" is available and will travel abroad for hire.

Meravo-Luftreederei's Sikorsky S-58 D-HAUG is (still) painted in Heeresflieger colours after her movie adventures, see http://www.meravo.de/index.php?option=c ... 71&catid=3" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Airliners.net photos:

or for a working link

http://www.airliners.net/photo/Russia-- ... ee6b71ddc8, guess this comes as close as it might get (but I question her airworthy).

I think that they might made a typo and mean Mi-8 instead of -6; the Mi-26 is very expensive to just hire it to come over for an airshow.

That Mill heli must be the Mi-24 from the Czech Airforce flying at 14.10 hours.

Additions etc noted on the Sunday

The Gazelle in hangar 2 was coded "S"
CM.170 F-AZZE is c/n 435 (on nose wheel door)
O-1 F-GDPF carried a datablock as L-19A 51-4754
Broussard F-GDSN had the c/n 247 on the fins
Allouette 3 (1596) KZD is still preserved behind the north west side sheds

Gazelle GEW is 4228 (was static side early Sunday, with 1369/GQL - both to farside later)
the 5th Puma farside read off as DCU
the 6 non-flying gazelles farside read off as GQO, GQY, two "M" (GAM and GQM ??) and two "X" (GEX and GQX ??)

any help tying this lot up greatly appreciated!

The Gazelle in hangaar 2 was coded GES. They wouldn't let we look
on the nose

For the Gazelle's on the other side I now have a GAO & GQO. Were both
of these noted? Or is one a miss pole?

Regards,
Charles

I asked about the Gazelle in hangar 2. They checked on the nose for me. if I understood the French reply correctly (certainement!) it was ship 4224.
