I recieved my ticket in the 1st week of august or so. But send my email to register on 14 July. Get email back from the 10W a day later. Make the payment same day and voila. So I guess 2 weeks is normal.

I ordered mine online as well and got the message that I would receive the ticket within a few days. When I didn't and wanted to call The Ticketfactory I discovered that my ticket was already attached to the confirmation e-mail. So you may have another look at it...

I think you look wrong. In the email send to me are 2 pdf's enclosed. One with a bill and one with an ID form. I recieved by normal post , directly from 10W, a red coloured ticket with a ticketnumber on it and my name was handwrited.

Hmmm...a whole lot different than how I ordered it. But there are two ways of buying a ticket:
- With this link: http://www.ikwileenticket.be/Aanbieding ... --Day.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (The Ticket Factory)
- By sending an e-mail to natotigermeet2009@mil.be

I used the first, got a message I would receive the ticket within a few days, but got it with the confirmation e-mail instead (as an html, not pdf).

I too received a pdf that looked a lot like a ticket, ordered months ago. If anyone gets a definite answer on this matter, please post it here!!

TIA,

Maybe it's better to buy a ticket at the gate if you haven't bought one already. You can stay at home in case of rain!

And wait a long time in the queue?

I did send an email to 10Wing and got an invoice back within hours together with an ID fill in form. I paid same day and within a week I received the ticket as shown above.

All this took place last week, so still time enough for people to buy one.

Groet,

Pieter

I ordered my ticket quite a while ago and paid with credit card. After waiting for a while I discovered that the confirmation email I received contained an electronic version of the ticket (including my name). I contacted the ticket agency to check whether this was the ticket to use or that I could expect a 'hard copy' ticket by surface mail. The answer I received that I would not receive a hard copy version and that the electronic one is the one to use.

Hope this helps,
Frank

My personal information is filled in on this ticket.
