can anyone give me the coordinates for a point at minsk where the flightline is viewable please.

I can't give you any coordinates (I'm missing Google Earth on that computer) but there is a crashgate in the northeast of the base which gives you a view to the eastern ramp, where usually the MiG-29s are placed.
On the westside, there is a place in the northwest where you're a little bit higher than the base. From there you need a good glass to read the planes (two years ago the Su-22s were parked here) on the western ramp.
Hope that helps a bit, you need some time to come around the base because of some bad (partly dirt) roads, some planes require also some walking to get the serial.

At Radom, Will there be a rehearsal at friday? And any info about aircraft and times?

Hi E.,
No rehearsel from the Minsk base a/c on Friday, I have been told by the Minsk people.

The last time (2009) they were visible from 52.11.54N, 21.37.16E.
