Not F-16's but F-35's visual confirmed over Voorburg heading Rotterdam

Yep 2x F-35 via EHRD, over Schiebroek/Hillegersberg in richting Capelle aan den IJssel. Zaten op zo'n 500 voet schat ik.

According to the Volkel messageboard, F-025 and F-027 are most likely as these two and only F-35's landed around 12:30 yesterday at Volkel.
