Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

I don't know Jeroen, it's a bit vague. Sun d'Or and El Al use the same IATA-code for example (LY).

Here are my photos of the 10th of november, day began really rainy and cloudy and later on the sun showed up. Runway use was more of a problem today with arrival beginning on the 36C later on 36C and 36R. Then it moved to 36C and 27 and later on 06 and 36R.

1. Lan on finals runway 36C, I like the background.

2. This is what the weather looked like in the morning.

3. Finals runway 27.

4. Backlight during this time of the day.

5. Alltough it can give some nice effects.

6. AKA landing in pouring rain.

10. Then the arrival runways changed to 06 and 36R so I expected Emirates to land on 36R, I heard it being cleared overhead SPL so that would be a left hand downwind for runway 06.

12. Back-up aircraft arriving for Surinam.

13. Finally good it.

14. Photo of one of the 3 Atlas Air 747's that came in today. The other 2 are really dark because of the clouds so not worth posting.

16. PH-CKD landing runway 36R (difficult light conditions).

17. Ending a day of spotting at runway 36L.
