TXL Berlin-Tegel Airport 27/09/18 - Erdogan Visit in Berlin

Post by Luzifer-RN »

At thursday, 27.09.2018, the turkish president Erdogan came to Berlin for a short visit. :)

I used my lunch break to go to the airport and take some pictures of his A340 and the other traffic of the day.

At first I caught my first A320 Neo in the new colours of Lufthansa.

After ten minutes of cloudy sky they disappeared at the right moment and the sun came back for a few seconds for that beauty. ;)

The next big one came behind the Airbus... Qatar sent his Boeing B777-300 A7-BAY to Tegel. ;)

Second big Highlight of the day was the Gainjet Aviation Bombardier Challenger CL604 SX-KFA with a "State of Kuwait" Sticker on the nose.

Another new one for me was the Boeing B737 Max 8 TF-ICY for Icelandair. Unfortunately this was the last shot with sun before the clouds covered the plane on approach. :)
