Wowww some very cool slides Rob, especially the Air Gambia 707!

Any idea what the China Northwest A310 was doing over here?

Thanks for sharing and scanning.

Regards, Robin Bamps.

Hi Rob,

nice slides!
What scanner did you use? I have about 1500 slides to scan and I am looking for a good scanner.

Thanks,
Joop

Thank you!

@ Robin:
I have no idea (I only found out that this B-2301 was the first A310 for China Eastern Airlines).

There were even 2 China Northwest A310s at Brussel around that period.
Both have been stored a while at Luxembourg and Brussels, first in basic CAAC colours and later all white.
After being stored at Brussels both were painted and received maintenance as well at Brussels before being delivered to China Northwest.

Thanks for the explanations on China Northwest, didn't know that!

@ Javinda: Nice shots too (the additional ones), the IB 320 must have been striking new back then :P
