Your Image on the cover of Scramble magazine

ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

It's been over a year now since Scramble magazine switched to a portrait image for its cover.

A year later, many people send in portrait images especially meant for the cover of Scramble magazine.

However, these are almost only military contributors.
The amount of incoming civil portrait images are next to none.

By sending in your portrait photo you give us more options to choose from AND get a chance to see your picture on the cover of Scramble!

However, a few guidelines are in order:
- It's a color cover, so the image should have some as well...
- must be a 'catching' photo.
- It should 'work out' with the Scramble logo.
- sharpness. All images in our magazine must be sharp photos. Cover also
- image size: minimum 2000 * 3000 pix. Please don't resize: send in as big as possible
- Mention the photo details, pref. in the filename: B737 PH-AAA AMS 20apr08 John Doe.jpg
- send images to civupload@scramble.nl

Military images are welcome too - of course - at milupload@scramble.nl

The tip not to resize applies to all contributions for our magazine: many people resize images, often to our frustration. Please send in images as large as possible
