Base visits: Swidwin, Miroslawiec, Poznan and Bydgoszcz

In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Nice pics!

Was it easy to arrange a base-visit?

I like the special painted nose on the Fitters, but the Block 60 F-16 is a rare one. I think it is so ugly that it is almost beautiful.

Hi Arjan,
The Polish Air Force used to have arranged tours but they don't have them anymore.
I didn't arrange the base visits but I heard that it isn't that difficult. Offcourse you'll have to make contact with the headquaters in Warschau and make sure that they know exactly what you want to do and make sure that the bases know that you're coming.
When you're on the field everything is possible.

If you check my website then you'll see more pictures and close up from the noses.

When I heard that the Polish Air Force was getting F-16's I thought o no, but now I've seen them for real and the're nice to see, offcourse it ain't Fitters. :P

Uuhhh, oké so two weeks ago there wasn't a presstour to Radom, Deblin and Minsk!!! Than I saw something different... To bad only five out of ten people came!

I didn't know that there was a tour. I thought the Polish Air Force didn't arranged them anymore like they used to do.

Nice pictures!
We where there in the beginning of the afternoon and they didn't had much time so only taxiing aircraft could be photographed. But better that then no pictures. :lol:

At the holding point they where removed like the tag sayed "Remove BEFORE flight". And that's what they did...
