Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Ay ay ay, this hurts!

But it is really nice to see.... I was getting a little fed up with the historic photo threads, but please continue this one.
And I am especially excited about the EB-57. Not only am I a big Canberra fan, I am also a modeller and one of my next projects is a EB-57. So if you have some more of these beauties and especially a Green Mountain Boy.....

Here we go again

Post by Ergo01 »

When 86 Fighter Wing converted from F4 to F16 alert duties at Ramstein were performed by ANG F4D's
Image
Much earlier there were yearly deployments of 49 TFW F4Ds. These are seen departing back to New Mexico.
Image
Based in that era were Army RU21, forerunners of current RC12
Image
Jetstars were there before C21. This one is in winter, with snow on the ground.
Image
And just a nice F4D shot at Spangdahlem
Image
There's obviously more where these come from.
