Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

a week overdue, but found some spare time to post a few piccies of our ill-fated attempt to photograph the last TLP mission out of Florennes... For some reason they skipped the mission and the clouds stayed longer than forecasted...

The Italians left a day early, so at least we got them on SD-card....
Image

Support was a C-27, due to the moist air the Spartan made a nice vortex corkscrew....
Image

Late afternoon as it became clear nothing would happen, we decided to go to Brussels to get some sunny shots on our 1100 km trip...
In the end it turned out quite good, nice clouds and a late afternoon sunshine made some nice shots as far as I'm concerned..
This one may be a regular to some, it was my first 3B reg......

Image

At least one sunny shot of a military aircraft, IAC Gulf 251 at Abelag terminal......

Image

At first the sun was a bit hesitant, we took our time to find a nice spot for take-off shots...

Image

As the forecasters had predicted, it cleared up by the minute, increasing blue skies..just a bit too late for this LOT...

Image

Italian Mad-Dog, nothing spectacular, I just really like these birds...

Image

a shorty from SAS, B736 LN-RPW...

Image

Finnair tucking up its gear...

Image

and finally some locals, even the most "boring" planes can make nice pictures with skies like these..

Image

and finally a Brussels Airlines "willie wortel"..

Hi Noddy,

Nice pics, I really like the Italian Mad Dog and the Norwegian 737; nice light and good composition.

I'm gonna miss you today..
