Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Another update, smaller this time. Tried something different with these, normal statics next.

The German C-160 had it's left engine opened up..
Image

A few patriotic views of the static..
Image

The Germans draped this elegant flag over the CH-53's nose.
Image

Always nice to have the my 'locals' down south too..
Image

Some of the more vivacious markings..
Saw this jet at Lossiemouth April last year, good times.
Image

Some of nations only bring one jet for the static, the Germans - as they always do - swarmed the static with 2 Tornados, a Typhoon, a CH-53 and a C-160. Always good to see.
Image

The small French Navy Dassault Da10 was another lovely scoop for RIAT, they're lovely.
Image

What a beauty, quite glad that the A310s look similarily nice.
Image

Just messing around but I thought this looked quite.. different.

More shortly,
Chris.

Nice compositions, but you may want to have a look at your JPEG compression ratio. I see some artefcacts forming here and there, particularly around small details (serial numbers).
Don't squeeze Photoshop more than say Quality=8.
Otherwise, please keep posting!
