Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

You got some very good shots Jimmy but some are really oversharpen. Perhaps you have sharpen them too much with PS.

Nevertheless the results are very good in these weather conditions!

It was a nice day again.. thanks guys 8)

The PH-KBX is arriving from Eindhoven!!!

Never seen a shorter Turn-around time . With a B;ock-time of 5 minutes the aircraft was starting up the engines again!

Perhaps a short personal break for somebody in the cockpit ?

Humanly you can do it in less then 5 minutes

Or was one of the passengers urgently needed to see the Haiti rescue mission leaving from EHEH ?

OR was the 5 minutes block time needed to be able to switch pilots (in order to make sure that his license was still valid ?

Anybody can guess .... but I think the last mentioned reason could be a realistic one

It's not very likely JAL will just disappear. The Japanese government won't allow JAL to go bust and go into the history-books.

Doesn't change the fact that it will be rough times for them though! Nice pics all (To stay on topic  )

seems quite well-spent.. this way spotters at 4 airfields could take pics of it! :|

my personal fav of a short stay at a really very, very cold SPL was this yellow old lady... (with an impressive past: Eastern Airlines, Continental Airlines, Air Ops,Shaheen Air,APA, Air Alfa, Pan Am and finally European Air Transport...)
