ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Got to say it would be amazing to see a fokker parked at the school! Gonna be even more tight with the room although they would (unfortunatly) sell 2 aircraft......time for another hangar :D

One thing they shouldnt have done though....and thats taking the aircraft from the mlm. It belongs there, and not in a school so it can be torn apart

Don't forget... in the museum are also aircrafts of the school. Like the Grumman Tracker, the Sikorsky and the F-84 (If I'm right).

Do you have a timeframe of when it will arrive in Hoofddorp? Can't wait to have it in the hangar.

What I've heard is that the Koninklijke Luchtmacht / Royal Netherlands Air Force (KLu / RNLAF)
still owns all the aircraft they flown with and now used as an instructional airframe. If that is
true the ROC can't sell them. They can return them to KLu / RNLAF IMO.

Yes, you're totally right! The ROC do only owns the Jettstreams. All other planes are owned by the
RNLAF. The airforce will retain the ownership of the F27 as well....

edit... And the Cessna, the Saab Safir and that other small propeller plane. And the cockpitsection
of a Boeing 747. The Bo105's are only in use by the Lufthansa Technical School.

So there's a chance the F-27 is temporary and will go back once (and IF) the MLM opens again?

Yes, off course. The "Anthony Fokker School" in The Hague, had a lot of planes that now are stored in the museum and it's depots at the airbase. I don't know for what time the F-27 will go to Hoofddorp, but there is a change that we will get it back in the museum in Soesterberg... But I'm not sure when that will happen ;)

If the decide to kick-out the Bo-105, let me know! We can use an extra instructional airframe here at EHGR.

Well, then you have to contact the Luftwafe... The Bo105's come from Germany especially for Lufthansa Technical School, that's also using the hangar for training of aircraft mechanics ;) But the Bolkows will stay, they are not owned by the ROC...
