. Greek Herks are receiving this "brilliant" scheme during a heavy maintenance/modification programme. As the Greek budget is somewhat constrained at the moment, it might still take some time before all Herks will be dulled down like this. You might have also noticed that they took the opportunity to change the colours of the roundel from dark to light blue... party time ! 
I noted 745 last may at Heraklion, Crete, already in this grey color scheme so the one above (743) is probably not the first one. By the way, I saw 741 on the same day in camo-colors, so they are for sure not painted in order of serial number.so this might be the first repainted C-130?
