Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

This time your subject are a bit "unsharp-ish". But of course fast and agile moving helicopters up close are an entirely different kettle of fish than relatively slow moving, "predictable" airliners far away.

Compositions and light are/were great though! :D (okay, why did the sun hide behind some clouds when the Alouette did a "top-side" )

Practice makes perfect...

Some great compo's but i have to agree with the unsharpness. I'm guessing it's all below 1/60th and even lower at 1/40th and 1/25th? Number 4 has a great angle but it has a bit of a greenish cast. The reflections in the canopy looks cool though. 5 and 6 look like they are cropped just too much, but i know that you don't mind doing cropping.

Totally agree with the unsparpness, I really screwed up the settings and editing on this session. Next time I 'll loose the 1.4 converter.
I don't agree about the fast moving choppers, they're slow.

4 and 5! Your 500mm+converter makes the difference as I see the Cougar shelters that close on #5.
