Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Ah, 2nd topic in this subforum and already the first user that can't read the forum rules
1. Only the forum moderator posts photos here. Submit your links to him for screening, by email or private message.

So only pictures that are post processed in a way that Tomba likes it get posted here???????
A bit subjective wouldn't you say? Does this have anything to do with the fact Tomba's pictures are rejected by Airliners.net?

Don't want to troll here but I hope I misread the rules in the first thread of this forum otherwise I see no extra value in this. :|

Some more explanation please.

That was exactly what I was thinking too, this subforum is the airliners variant at scramble. If Tomba does not like tham they don't get posted. For the moderators of this forum, can I get my own subforum for the pictures I like.....

If I wanted to have my photos screened, I think I would keep uploading to airliners......

Chaps, how hard can this be?!
I have been clear enough about discussions like above. It is extremely simple: if you don't like it, stay away. Nothing has changed in what we had, this is an extra corner that you can enter or stay out of. Yes, screening is most likely subjective. Do not participate if you don't want to, but stop trying to determine what others are allowed to like.

[Edit]
To further elaborate, complaints like above are like complaining you 'have to watch' a tv show you don't like. The whole point is: you don't have to, you just choose to if you do. To continue with the metaphor: it is absolutely OK to not like the tv show, but that should not mean others cannot watch it.

Tom has written an explanation of his motives that I will post here. IMHO, these motives are good. That's why Scramble is willing to give the idea a chance.
[/Edit]

So... Further 'protests' will be removed without warning.
