DREAMLINER HUINTING AT TOKYO-HANEDA AIRPORT 29-03-2012

Post by Rob van R »

Hello everybody,

On the 29th of march 2012 i spent my day at Haneda Airport from 0900 am to 1630 pm. My travel to Haneda started at 0700 am from a hotel near Narita Airport. At Narita Airport i took the direct bus to Haneda Airport, which is costing 3000 Yen, around 30 Euro for one way. This bus takes you in 1.15 hours straight to terminal 2 at Haneda. I had a perfect day at Haneda, no clouds, just sun. Early in the morning you can take the best pictures at terminal 1 (JAL) and later in the morning till the end of the afternoon you can take the best pictures at terminal 2 (ANA) This is were i was most of the time. The observation decks on terminal 1 & 2 at Haneda are perfect for spotting and photographing ! Lots of planes to be seen at Haneda, most domestic planes you will see multiple times. I had ANA Dreamliners 804 & 807 3 times this day seen taking off on another flight. At this moment ANA does have 5 Boeing 787's flying and i have seen them all 5 on this day. Unfortunately the 2 JAL Boeing 787's which were delivered some days earlier were not seen at all! But i had a perfect day at Haneda Airport!

Enjoy the pictures as i was enjoying making the pictures at Haneda!

Greetings Rob van Ringelesteijn

Nice report!

Good to see some of the last Domestic 400's.

A shame that there were some heatwaves.

Hi Ton

all pictures were taken with Canon EOS-7D and 70-200 MM 2.8L IS USM. A 1.4 Canon Converter was mostly used for the planes on the runway, landing or take off.
