De Kooy 28-01-2013

Post by Jutter »

Went to De Kooy to catch two German Lynx helicopters. Sadly 1 arrived (83+19?) but in the afternoon, to late for me. Despite this, I catched 2 PC-7's and to stay busy one Sikorsky S-61. In the afternoon 2 CH-47D's (D-664 and D-106?) were operating from De Kooy as well. At 17.00 the new NH-90 N-234 should have arrived?

Nice pictures, and off course thanks for sharing! Good quality, nice angles of shooting!
Don't you have any pictures of the Chinooks and the Lynx you was talking about?

No I haven't. I took 1 hour leave from work between 11.00 till 12.00. The Lynx helo's were scheduled for 11.35 and 12.50. So I did not want to spent more time waiting for something unsure. Later on I heard that the 1 Lynx and 2 Chinooks were planned for 14.00. Due to work and because there was a thin layer of clouds appearing, I skipped this change. Anyway the 83+19 is in my slide collection, so no big worries for me.
