Not every background needs to be clean - Perfect Powerplant

Post by Iwan Bogels »

Hi everybody,

While processing some photos I ran into this shot of CH-47D D-666 "The Beast", hovering in front of a power plant. Normally I am not that keen of messy backgrounds, but this neutrally coloured powerstation makes a nice change. Hope you like it too.

Shoot for comments, what do you think ?

Cheers,
Iwan

Great picture Iwan!

Love the smoke stacks in the background and I have to admit that I like some messy backgrounds. It doesn't have to be clear blue skies all the time. Look at the pictures that people take from the Katwijk lighthouse with the sea in the background.
