Questions about Carol refuelling track

Post by United 777 »

Two questions about the Carol refuelling track above the Frisian isles: how many kilometers is one round? I believe the KDC-10 takes around ten minutes to complete one round. At what speed does it normally fly? Any information is welcome.

Main track coordinates:

5313N 00601E; 53.21667, 6.01667
5332N 00601E; 53.53333, 6.01667
5328N 00357E; 53.46667, 3.95000
5313N 00358E; 53.21667, 3.96667

The full run is about 350km. Could be quite a bit less depending on the length of the legs and how tight they take the turns. Speed is usually in the range of 220-250.
