Caen is hosting also two VH-3Ds next to the 4 Ospreys.

Now inbound Caen is A36-002 B737 RAAF.

Aussie indeed landed and departed shortly after that. Lot of visitors came in. Log will follow later.

4 MV-22Bs were all outside and running, 1 being a spare, 3 departed with 2 VH-3s as MarineOne.

4 Gazelles departured early in the morning from the far (military) side, noted were /GAP and /GBI.
8 Pumas departured early in the morning (plus one in the afternoon) from the far (military) side, noted were /DCH, /DCS and /DDV.
Also here was RAF’s BoBMF with a Dakota, Lancaster and 2 Spitfire’s. A second civil C-47 was also present.

Was all the VMX01 stuff outside and read by you, or serials asumed? On the 6th, during their flight, I couldn't read the VH-3s.

I will post log later (including probably some more helo codes / serials.

Only serials in brackets are not logged on site. The MV-22s and VH-3s came along pretty close.

Spent a day and a half here around D-day. Was very nice weather, with nice a/c. I was very very lucky with Gendermarie (first one approved, and after that at least 10 times I was about to sent away, but refering to that first visit (had his car number etc), I was able to stay.
