Eindhoven August 1974, an invite from the Koninksmerchusse (spelling no doubt wrong, but you will know who I mean) to visit their police station. The sort of invite you cannot refuse!

Photography in the Netherlands at military bases at that time was verboden.

Wasn't kept long, but very differnt times to now.

The US bases in the UK (apart from Lakenheath and Mildenhall) were places to be cautious, as was Coningsby up to around the end of 1974.
