Hamburg Fuhlbuttel (not the Airbus factory, which is Finkenwerder, I guess) had a terrace in 2004, but I'm not sure if this is still the case...

Are you sure it is still there? I visited Ljubljana last September and couldn't find it.

Other places with terraces are Kuopio-Rissala (Finland) and Horta (Azores, Portugal). Not much activity on either one, but still.

I believe Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport has one... Not sure, so can anyone confirm it?

Stuttgart has one as well, facing south like FRA though...
