This log was made between 0800 and 1100LT. I first made a pass along the dustroad on the northern perimeter, stopping at the bridge for some apron spotting (spot7). Some heatwaves had already developed so the KC-135 remained unread. Thereafter I followed this road, and left via the M-100 towards spot 2 for some landing photography. Well, this was a nice day!

Adios

Hi Elmar,

Also don't have all the numbers yet tied up, but some additions:
CL-215 also read 43-27 and I read 431-17 (not 43-17)
Falcon 900 T18-5 was towed into a hangar on Sunday
EF-18A C15-79 should be 46-07.
Additional Hornets are: C15-30/15-17 (tiger fins), CE15-04/15-73, CE15-10/12-73, C15-70/12-28, C15-55/12-13 (all confirmed from picture)
Mir F1 C14-41 should be code 14-22

All fighters are confirmed from picture.

Best regards,

Erik

Hi Elmar,

It was a group of 5:
2 duals facing Madrid were 12-71 + 12-75.
Then 3 together were 15-17 + 15-73 + 12-73

For Thijs, 3 Mir F-1´s + 3 AV-8B´s + 3 EF2000´s + 4 SF-5M´s participated. Then a large number of Hornets, not able to tell yet which ones. I was on the base on Sunday and more Hornets taxied out, but a number returned (most likely spares). All none Hornets did not return to Torrejon.

Hi Elmar,
Bo105 HU15-81/09-111, HU15-71/09-130
Where did you see these? I read code Bo-105 09-106.
This one was the only readable from a group of 4 (the only one with a white tail). They were also visible from spot 1 (airfield guide) looking towards spot 6 or 7 in front of a building.

Thanks.

A little bit more..

Seen during the monday afternoon:
VC-1A 2101 BrasilAF, platform
VC-96 2116 BrasilAF, arriving
KC-137 2402 BrasilAF, platform

T-35C E26-14/79-61 arrived and went to the CLAEX Hangar..
EC135P HU26-06/09-304

De E/F-18's were very similar to earlier logs but if anyone is interested drop me a message..
except for a couple:
C15-13 only read the serial.. code should be (12-01)
and read another code as 12-37.. but perhaps a misread with 12-27?
