Paris Orly (LFPO/ORY) - 2010 CIV

Post by James K »

Got here around 11am and left after i made my first Cubana at 13:40.
Glad i been to the airport before as we went to the tourist information place to see if we could do anything else during the day and she said there isn't much of a viewing area and that i'd only see 1 or 2 planes.

Did a quick stop here around 14:00. The following 'nice ones' were noted;
7T-VJI	B767-3D6	Air Algérie
7T-VJL	B737-8D6	Air Algérie
7T-VJP	B737-8D6	Air Algérie
7T-VKB	B737-8D6	Air Algérie
F-ORLY	A330-323X	Air Caraïbes
CN-RPF	B737-8K5	Jet4you
And of course a bunch AF, EZ, EC etc.

Additional, the fuselage of what seems to be a A320 (white c/s, titels and registration not visible) was noted opposite terminal Sud, on the south side of the runway, near the fire-station. Anybody with more info?

Im thinking of visiting Orly in a couple of weeks.I have not been before.

Can anybody tell me if the viewing/deck area is open, and is it any good to spot from?

Is it easy to get to Le Bourget from Orly.

Thanks

Andy
