The final 31FW F-16s should be departing from Shaw AFB to Aviano tonight.

what do you mean exactely, they will arrive at LIPA this afternoon (Friday) or tomorrow afternoon (Saturday)?

Sorry for the confusion, they will depart tonight and should arrive at LIPA tomorrow, Saturday afternoon.
