Read from the outside perimeter where:

69-040 C-160
58-0736 C-130 (only one left, the other departed before our arrival)
(94-073) CN235 (white one next to the C-130)
95-099 CN235
96-122 CN235
1x CN235 (white, parked most to the East, closed to the navy ramp)
On the navy ramp next to the AB412 there were two CN235 parked. These where 96-113 and 97-126. Read with the bare eyes.

Also present on the civil side was CE02 (BAF).

If you sit on the right side in the plane preferably around rows 10 till 14 you can take good pictures of the some of the planes parked in the mil area. This all depends on how far your aircraft lines up for departures. In our case it took about 1,5 minutes to start rolling, giving time to take some shots. Unfortunately due to some misunderstanding I wasn't able to do so.
Hi Remco,

Beware, we read the white CN235 next to the C-130 as 077! We were there between 10 and 11.

The other white CN235 is the HAS area was 94-067.

Hi Paul,

thanks for this valuable correction! We did as well in fact but I typed it down incorrect basically because I was comparing our log with the others in this topic.
Thanks for confirming the other white one. I guess we just missed each other as we left the spot at around 09.45. See you next time!

I hate to complicate things, but it could also have been UR-ELD, as that one was present together with UR-ELA on the 6th. As a matter of fact, -ELA was in and out on the 6th between 1500 and 1600.

We read this one on Saturday around 16.00 as 073 and by judging the pictures of Rob, it seems correct (on saturday).

Anyone perhaps a serial for the AW.139 on the 3rd and 4th, next to the KC-135? Could this have been TC-HMR?

Hi Sjoerd, I think you are mixing up two subtypes of the Cessna Citation... "004" is a Ce650 (as Rob mentioned; it WAS parked next to the Transall), not a Cessna 560. AFAIK, Turkish military do not operate the Ce560, but just the Ce550 (007 and 008, respectively) and Ce650 (004 and 005). Main distinguishing factor of the 650 versus the 550 is the T-tail of the 650; the 550 has horizontal stabilizers placed midway the tail.

Hi Sjoerd,

The AW139 was TC-HMR indeed, but I think it is 100% civil, right?

Yes, you're correct. I mixed them up, as my brains are still processing all the stuff from last week.

Hi Bas,

I`ve seen this helicopter been used often before in combinatation with visits of head of states and other political VIP's throughout the web, but I think you're right as the registers have him/her registred under a company calles Setair. But then again, the Turkish Government is known for using several civilian registred aircraft (like the G.1159/A.319/G.550). Anyone more on this?

Not supposedly, but actually read. The top half of the tail was actually visible from the hill with the three preserved fighters.

Out of curiousity (since I haven't been to the airport), can somebody give me the coordinates of the platform with the instructional aircraft and the one of the Coast Guard? Maybe for some next time.... ;-)
