For wednesday i have RSF907 1626 which landed at about 08.25 UTC and departed an hour or so later to East Midlands.
For tuesday i have no RSF so far, did you see it on departure or landing? if so the time might help me to narrow the search.
Serial/ CS is from Flighradar24

I was on holiday east of Heraklion and our apartment was directly under the approach and can confirm that the Herc on Tues 28th was RSAF, but unfortunately could not see the serial (bring back the old days when serials were applied to the undersides of the wings)

I also noted the P-3 heading east on the 29th, presumably out of Souda Bay, however there were two that morning the second one, same track 5 mins behind. ( LD59 and PO14 were noted at Souda that week)

Other mil movements noted............ all inbound other than the P-3's which were all eastbound over Heraklion.

Sun 19/8 pm times not noted
VC-10 RAF arr & dep
Not strictly mil....... but noted on fire fighting duties (not the best thing to see on your first day!!!) was Ka32
RA-317577 coded 3, which normally reside in Pafos, Cyprus with codes 1 & 2
Mon 20/8
Herk grey c/s around 1100 Greek time

Tues 21/8
P-3 @0900-0930

Weds 22/8
Herk grey c/s @ around 1100 Greek time (couldn't get out of the pool quick enough to grab the camera)

Thurs 23/8
P-3 @0900-0930
Herk @1500-1530

Fri 24/8
Herk camo @1621 HAF

Mon 27/8
Herk camo @1100 HAF (no tanks)

Tues 28/8
Herk @1121 Saudi

Weds 29/8
2 x P-3's @0930 second one 5 mins behind
Herk 1018 Saudi

Thurs 30/8
4453 AB.205 flying along the beach back towards HER on SAR duties @1200
Herk 1121 Saudi @1450

Fri 31/8
P-3 @1024
Herk @1110

Sun 2/9
Both the Ka32 and the AB.205 were noted at HER as we taxied out.

Any help with serials would be greatly appreciated.
