A380 HiFly 9H-MIP to LDE

Post by patrick@tediek.com »

All, I noticed this ferry flight of this ex A380 from SQ picked up and used by HiFly Malta for a few years for charter work. As LDE airport is much used for storage of aircraft, I am wondering is someone knows if its the end of this 2nd hand A380 with HiFly Malta?

Perhaps short term storage, most major airlines have cut schedules due to the Corona virus outbreak. Lots of spare aircraft available right now, no need to lease an expensive whale.

I thought about short term storage too however the airport of Beja where HiFly operates the A380 from is not as busy as the major airports and in the past years the aircraft remained at Beja airport.
