Henan Emb 190 crash 24-08-2010 China

LONDON - In the northeast of China is an aircraft with 96 passengers Tuesday crashed. This reports the Chinese state news agency Xinhua.
The Henan Airlines plane crashed in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province around ten pm (local time), the news agency said.

It would be an Embraer E190 aircraft. Rescue workers rush to the scene of the current disaster.

Is Henan Airlines, not Hainan or Kunpeng. Kunpeng changed their name to Henan Airlines last year.
Latest reports are of anywhere between 20 to 47 survivors, but no reports of fatalities as yet.

Yes they did as the head quarter of former Kunpeng Airlines moved to Zhengzhou in the Chinese province Henan. Henan provincial government requested Henan to change name again to prevent a bad reputation for Henan (province)
