According to Luchtvaartnieuws.nl yes, dut is saw the shell flying with their 7X

The Falcon 7X is only allowed to ferry to the nearest maintenance center.
They have a special ferry permit.

I saw Netjets FA7X CS-DSB land at Luton on the 30th,so is this type now cleared to fly again?.

It seems so, Shell also keeps on flying out of Rotterdam with them 7X's and she even flew during the Paris Air Salon ...

Not sure if all Falcon 7Xs are cleared to fly.
As the issue had been traced back to defective Horizontal Stab Electronic Control Units (HSECU) with a specific part number, all aircraft fitted with a HSECU with another part number were cleared provided they complied with a number of requirements:

1. accomplishment of two Dassault Aviation modifications,
2. amending the AFM and installing a placard in the cockpit (restricting the flight envelope),
3. amending the Minimum Equipment List (MEL), and
4. implementing an operational test of the HSTA electric motors reversion relays.

These requirements provide the necessary safety margin to allow those aircraft to restart ops. Those aircraft fitted with the defective HSECU part number are still grounded as far as I know.

Correct, Shell's 7X's are back in service without restrictions. Last Monday. So they where on the good side :worship:

Now the words ''franse slag'' are definitely correct.
