Looks like the crew of the Japan-based USS Theodore Roosevelt is having a hard time with coronavirus. Over 100 cases so far.
It is currently docked in Guam.

You're correct The USS Ronald Reagan is based at Yokosuka, where it is right now, locked down due to an outbreak of Coronavirus.

The USS Theodore Roosevelt is currently locked-down in Guam with a major outbreak of Coronavirus on board.

Yes, my mistake, CVW-11/NH is aboard the Roosevelt.

The Big Stick is homeported at Naval Air Station North Island, she left for deployment on 17 Jan with her battlegroup.

She also hosted Tom Cruise and Paramount for scenes from Top Gun: Maverick, in winter 2019.
