Polish Presidential TU-154 Crashed

According Teletekst, the presidential Aircraft of the Polish President has crashed in Russia.
I think it must be a TU154, as there are said to be 87 dead :(

Polish president 'in plane crash'

A plane carrying Polish President Lech Kaczynski has crashed on its approach to a Russian airport, officials say.

A Polish official at Smolensk airport said there was no information about survivors from the crash.

Mr Kaczynski was due to visit Smolensk to mark the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre, when Soviet troops killed thousands of Poles.

The plane crashed Smolensk President Lech Kaczynski Tupolev 154-M. The Approach to land the plane most likely caught in a tree. The fire is extinguished - said Paszkowski. Russian Ministry for Special Affairs reported that 87 people were killed.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Piotr Paszkowski told TVN 24 that the board was President Kaczynski and his wife, deputy head of the IPN and Diet Jerzy Szmajdzinski. Lech Kaczynski flew to celebrate the anniversary of the Katyn massacre.

Presidential plane crashes in Smolensk
10th April 2010

The JAK-40 aircraft, carrying Polish President Lech Kaczyński,
his wife Maria Kaczyńska as well as Polish dignitaries, was about
to land in Smolensk, Russia, when it hit crash landed and burst
in flames.

President Kaczyński was travelling to Katyń on official duty.

According to press information, other passengers on the plane
were PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, NBP president Sławomir Skrzypek
and IPN head Janusz Kurtyka.

UPDATE 1: As many as 87 people aboard the plane are dead.

Reuters reported a minute ago that all 132 passengers were killed during the crash.

My Polish is not what it used to be anymore, but on Polish television I can clearly distinguish the word "Tupolev" (which is obvious with 132 passengers on board).

SKY news reporting that a Polish Government T154 (c/s PLF101) on a flight from Warsaw crashes on approach to Smolensk, Russia (Polish President and wife on board - no survivors)

Suggest it is Tu-154M 101....

Footage on Russia Today shows a destroyed TU-154, tail section intact, but no serial visible.

Just seen on CNN; a (unknown type) Polish plane with 132 passengers on board - including the Polish president - crashed about a mile from Smolensk, Russia in foggy weather. No survivors, according the report.

confirmed on CNN a TU-154.....
sad news,it was not only the polish president but also half of the ministers were onboard and a big staff of the president also...
on CNN they report visability was very poor,talking about 500 mtrs.....
