The end of an era...

In future, the NATO Airborne Warning and Control (NAEW&C) Force will rely on outsourced cargo and passenger capacity.

On 27 July, the NAEW&C Program Management Organization (NAPMO) in Brunssum, the Netherlands, announced the signing of a contract with TNT Airways S.A. of Liège, just across the border in Belgium, to provide cargo and passenger service in support of the NATO airborne warning and control system (AWACS) program and operations.

The contract provides NATO with a pre-planned short notice airlift capability no later than 1 January 2012 to transport personnel and equipment.
NAPMO expects the retirement of the NAEW&C Force’s three Boeing 707-300 Transport Cargo Aircraft (TCA) made possible by the contract to yield several million euros in savings in its annual operations and support budget.

TNT Airways S.A. operates a mixed fleet of over 30 aircraft.

De eerste 707TCA wordt volgende maand al buiten gebruik gesteld.

I thought those 707's were also used to train the E-3 pilots. Will the TNT aircraft also be used for this purpose?

TNT does not have B707s, so I doubt TNT can train the pilots.

I suspect that TNT will just be used to operate the logistical flights that were previously performed by the TCA.
By restricting it's use to training only, they will be able to extend it's service life.

That's odd, as the press release states:
NAPMO expects the retirement of the NAEW&C Force’s three Boeing 707-300 Transport Cargo Aircraft (TCA) made possible by the contract to yield several million euros in savings in its annual operations and support budget.

28/07 - TNT wins contract to provide 1.200 flying hours in support of the NATO AWACS fleet.
The NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Programme Management Organisation (NAPMO), Brunssum, the Netherlands, announced the signing of a contract to provide cargo and passenger service in support of the NATO AWACS Programme and operations.

A competition to replace the current Trainer Cargo Aircraft (TCA) airlift capability was organised in which TNT Airways, S.A. (Liège, Belgium) was found to have proposed the best value and, accordingly, was awarded the contract on 27 July 2010.

TNT will reserve a priori a Boeing 757-200 to provide NATO with a preplanned and short notice airlift capability to transport personnel and equipment. Source: Belga

So the question remains, how will the flight crews be trained?

The air crew training will be done in an e-3.
