In short: Leuchars (as well as Cottesmore and Kinloss) will close, the Typhoons will go to Lossie (a move welcomed by photographers as far as I've heard) and Lossie's Tornados will move south to Marham.

Cottesmore,Kinloss and Leuchars will be handed over to the army,so some of these stations may have a flying future of sorts.

1 Regiment at Gutersloh is due to return to the UK in the coming years.
