2 Falcon 2000s in replacement of Falcon 50s (transferred into Aéronavale)

It would appear these airplanes,like the Falcon 7X before them,will have no external serials.

Is it legal to have aircraft flying operating without visible serial? Maybe a stupid comparison, but if I don't carry a license plate on my car, I will be fined. Seems logical to me that it also counts for aircraft to be identified by there serial? Or is there an exception for military/government planes?

The French Aviation Inspection (DGAC) have approved special regulations for VIP-airplanes regarding external ID-wearing.

I thought there were international laws governing external aircraft serial numbers?.

Then again one thinks of US P-3 and E-6 airplanes in the 80s and 90s.
