Greetz,

ETD 14.30 according to http://www.sgdk.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (but there an ETA 13.30 was stated. Mostly Chinooks at De Kooy are just flying by in the distance, also while mentioned at sgdk  )

It's a request for landing at EHKD, that's why it's an expectation at http://www.sgdk.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
But in aviation a lot can change...!
If the endurance is enough for the return flight back to EHSB, then the landing at EHKD is not necessary.

And at 12.15 (when I last checked) it was also on the planned flights list of De Kooy itself.

And I know, a lot can change in aviation.

I just don't have continuous access to internet, so, when I post an expectation (and when the info is from sgdk.nl I give credit  ), I'm not always able to post a change of plans.

Yeah, of course a lot can change.

But it is frustrating if you are waiting for an aircraft, and you only see it flying at a big distance (or only hear it passing the CTR on the scanner). And it is even more frustrating if it is mostly the same type of aircraft from the same operator from the same airbase from the same squadron etc. Personally it gives me a feeling the Chinook-guys don't take their counterparts in the DHC seriously.

I thought all the fields in the Netherlands which house dutch military choppers are now part of the same command (for quite a while now). I think it would make sence to use all the fields then too by all the types, also for getting used to each other (but who am I).

Is this a serious post, or sarcastic?

Yeah I don't get it either :S
Why would they even get close to De Kooy if they don't need fuel? They would only fly in the way of the daily traffic at De Kooy. I assume you know De Kooy is the most active airport in the Netherlands, apart from Schiphol?
And getting used to DHC counterparts or take them seriously? Dude nothing has changed, only the name has changed and that the former Marine Luchtvaart Dienst is now under the same command as the rest of the DHC. You think before the merge the 'Chinook guys' have never seen a Lynx or De Kooy up close? Nothing in your post has any sense to it
