aircraft 7834 was deliverd on 17 Feburary 2008 as Crome 21 to the 37th AS.

According to ramstein.af.mil this C-5M was flown bij 412th TW/418th FLTS and this visit was part of the test programm.

it was a active mission. upload stuff and flew from ramstein to rota.
all C-5M still finished test programs.
86-0013 makes final testflight at Dobbins ARB last week.

That's correct, the C-5M was flown by 412TW crew and had a civilian AFMC test team on board. The entire mission (Mildenhall, Ramstein and the short stop at Rota) was part of the test program.

@miles We all like to know, how much and what kind off traffic is coming at Ramstein. I also like to know exactely what realy did come and who's not. so i can make up my mind to go visit Ramstein or not.

whe are not so lucky to live in the close neighbourhood of Ramstein so we need to know if its worth.

okay fisher, i do my best. i work on base okay, but some times you are to close. i check the ramp in the morning, in my break and on my way home. but sometimes im tired and i note only the newbies and visitors.
but in the future i note all the stuff... deal?
